This vegan apple tart is so easy to make! I made up this recipe in order of not using regular flour, and to increase the benefits from flaxseeds and oats flax, and of course ground almond and coconut and some brown sugar made the job! 😉 I didn't have to struggle with this recipe! Because turned very good at my first attemp! and even my family, that sometimes are suspicious, they simply loved it! My Spanish student Carlota, she enjoyed so much, that every Wednesday night she comes over with my daughter, to my Healthy Cooking Class and she make it! It is really easy to make, also a child can make it! Btw, at the moment, we are buying up this really good and crunchy tart! My son said he prefers her to all the ones I did before, and even to the ones he ate in Italy made by his grandmother Lucia, and that says a lot! Worth to try 😉 Buon Appetito!
