Strawberry & Ruspberry Chia Seed Pudding
Nowaday chia seed pudding grew in popularity, 'cause it's simply delicious and extremely healthy, a combination that has unleashed its popularity. Chia seeds are rich in micro and macronutrients in that they contain, proteins, carbohydrates and lipids, vitamins, vegetable fibres, minerals and antioxidants. Chia pudding is part of my family lifestyle, I have it always in the fridge, besides is really versatile, sometimes I eat it in the morning or in the afternoon or as a treat when kids go to bed in the night. If you are still not been won over by this fantastic pudding there is nothing left to try, I usually use my coconut milk but also almond milk or soy will give 'a great result !! Yum ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. The night before or 5 hours before you need, place in a bowl 6 tbsp of chia seeds and 1 cup of dairy free milk, stir gently and let set all the night in the fridge.
  2. Sliced strawberries, arrange them around your cup dessert. In the centre put 2 previously crushed raspberries with a fork in a saucer. Pour over the mixture obtained from gelatinous chia seeds with milk.
  3. Topping your dessert cups with fresh strawberries and raspberries, sprinkle on the top shelled hemp seeds and if you like you can drizzle with some maple syrup. Extremely easy and very satisfying! ๐Ÿ™‚
