Nowaday chia seed pudding grew in popularity, 'cause it's simply delicious and extremely healthy, a combination that has unleashed its popularity. Chia seeds are rich in micro and macro nutrients in that they contain, proteins, carbohydrates and lipids, vitamins, vegetable fibres, minerals and antioxidants. Chia pudding is part of my family lifestyle, I have it always in the fridge, besides is really versatile, sometimes I eat it in the morning or in the afternoon or as a treat when kids go to bed in the night. If you are still not been won over by this fantastic pudding there is nothing left to try, I usually use my homemade coconut milk but also almond or soy milk will give 'a great result !! Yum 🙂 🙂
