This dessert is very gratifying, for those who make this cheesecake and those who eat it. When you have guests for dinner is nice to show off a sweet easy to make, fast, raw, healthy and really delicious. Enjoy !! 🙂
Soak 2 cups of cashews for at least 4 hours, ( we need them for the filling).
Rinse Strawberries and let them draining or dry them up with kitchen paper.
In a food processor or a powerful blender, add all the ingredients for the crust, then press down your sticky dough in a pie dish.
Let's make the filling!! Drain out the cashews and place them in a blender, add sea salt, vanilla extract and organic virgin coconut oil and blend until you have a smoothie cream, therefore now add Strawberries. Don't forget to keep aside some strawberries for decorating your cheesecake :-).Place your dessert in the fridge and let it rest for at least 4 hours before serving.
Last in the fridge for 4-5 days, if you like you can freeze it 🙂 But I'm sure you won't need to freeze it because it will be eaten immediately....tooooo yummy!! 🙂 Buon Appetito!
