Raw Curry Veggies Dip
Today my lovely friend Charlotte, invited me for lunch at Karen’s house, an amazing mother and an established physiotherapist, everyone made a dish and I made my vegan brown bread plus this Raw Curry Veggies Dip, I wasn’t really sure if they would have appreciated but I tried and I made up this yummy raw sauce! Karen, first of all, loved it, therefore, she pushed me to have it on my website, we had an amazing creative afternoon, Charlotte and Karen taught me how to make organic Lip Balm!! Wowww!! 😉 It was like to be an assistant of two scientists 🙂 Ooops! When you make this sauce eat it in one hour. Don’t leave it for later, unfortunately, the properties’ of vitamins oxidise very quickly. 🙂 Yum!

  1. For this recipe, you don’t need a powerful blender, therefore in a regular blender add garlic, onion, the tiny piece of fresh chilli, minced ginger, cumin and chia seeds and extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
  2. Blitz for a few second and then add the rest of the ingredients except for chopped peanuts. Pulse gently in order to not overheat the raw veggies, when you get a smooth texture serve immidiately and sprinkle on the top chopped peanuts and few drops of lime! Enjoy!! 🙂
