In a blender start to add garlic,lemon, almonds, turmeric , ginger, pears, celery, homemade coconut milk, and blitz for a while.
Now add avocado, sea salt and hemp protein powder and blend it up for a few seconds. Benissimo!!! Your smoothie is ready!! Enjoy 🙂
This smoothie is on a savory side, I would prefer to have it before lunch , or, for a late breakfast, I like a lot the back flavor of garlic and lemon in contrast with the sweet of the pears and plums. I usually add to it a tbs of hemp powder proteins, but if you prefer you can avoid that, besides you can sprinkle on the top before serving some shelled hemp seeds.
