Instructions
  1. Wash and cleanse the cauliflower and divide into florets.
  2. Make a soute' with garlic and parsley until the garlic became gold.
  3. Add the cauliflower to the soute' and let it brown for a few minutes
  4. Add water 750 ml ( just cover the cauliflower)
  5. Let the cauliflower cook for about 20 minutes...
  6. Add water and salt (2 tsp) bring to a boil ... (water must be only three fingers above the cauliflower) ...
  7. Add pasta....
  8. And now enjoy you meal, before serving sprinkle parmiginao cheese
NOTE:
  1. Sea salt in this recipes is essential, us we don't use any stock...
