  1. Wash and peel very well your veggies and fruit. Kale leaves need, if you can, to be organic. If not, wash them very well and let kale set in the water with a tsp of baking soda for 5 minutes and then rinse very well.
  2. In your blender start adding cucumber, pear, lemon juice,water, beetroot and banana and blend it up for a while.
  3. Now add kale and blend it again for a few seconds until smooth. Sprinkle hemp seeds before serving 🙂
Recipe Notes

This is a very fast and very autumn smoothie. Pear fits really well with kale leaves, the graininess of the pear is attenuated by the creaminess of the banana also beet gives it a very attractive color. I add in this smoothie only 1\4 cup of beetroot because the pungent taste of fresh beet might not like it and completely cover the delicate flavor of pear. Enjoy!!Buon appetito!!
