Hummus With Red Pepper
This is a classic hummus recipe with a touch-up, my daughter loves this hummus because she likes the back flavour of the red pepper, if you really like red peppers, you should try this recipe! Besides fresh basil leaves and coriander give it an aroma and unique flavor! Buon appetito! 🙂

  1. Soak dry chickpeas for at least one night, the day after rinsing them very well and boil them with the pressure cooker, it will be faster!! About 30 minutes.
  2. In a blender add all the seeds, garlic, onion, olive oil, fresh chilli pepper, sea salt, spices and fresh herbs. Blitz for a few seconds and then add the drained chickpeas, red pepper and the lemon juice. Blitz again until you have a creamy smoothie hummus.
  3. Taste your hummus! And decide if you would prefer to add more salt or spices or more fresh red pepper, it’s up to you! We love it!! Enjoy
Recipe Notes

I like to leave you this tip that in my opinion is pretty important to save time: Soak always legumes from the night before, you will cut down the time of cooking. 😉
