Place in a blender garlic, onion, tomato paste, all the spices and olive oil, blend for a while.
Now add in the blender 300 gr of fresh sweet corn.
If your using frozen or can sweet corn, be sure to drain them very well.
Add the rest of the ingredients except seeds, blend it up untill you have a smooth mixture.
Place the mixture in a bowl and add sesame seeds and flax seeds.
Place on a tray of 40cm x 25cm a shit of baking paper.
Spread the mixture on a the tray and bake at 150 degrees for 45 minutes.
After 20 minutes, get out from the oven our corn chips tray and with a knife make some diagonals starting from one side of the tray and then crossing starting from the other side of the tray. Then back again in the oven for another 25 minutes.
Be sure when you spread the mixture in the tray that the level of the mixture is not more than 5 mm. If you want your corn chips very crispy might need 5 minutes more of cooking.
