Beetroot & Kale Smoothie
This is more of a cocktail-smoothie, I simply love it!! It's very appetizing with an exotic touch! ;-). We might also call it: Super Food Smoothie due to the main ingredient which is beetroot, we cannot not take in consideration the benefits of this root which helps to flow the blood to lower blood pressure and to fight inflammation. Besides, it's full of antioxidants and vitamin A.

Instructions
  1. In a blender start to add the garlic cloves, the chopped fresh beetroots and 2 cups of coconut water and blend it up for a while.
  2. Then add all the rest of the ingredients except lime and blend it up until you have a good consistency.
  3. Drizzle with fresh lime before serving..:-) enjoy!!!
Recipe Notes

This is an advanced smoothie, I mean is a cocktail smoothie!! Is definitely more on a savory side, I simply love it!!

The garlic and fresh coriander, pink salt, ginger, lemon, tomato, kale leaves give a clear, very appetizing taste! This is great for lunch o for  supper ! Just a little piece of banana that gives some tiny sweetness and creaminess, it  helps tasters harder 🙂 easy to make with an exotic touch! 🙂
