Avo-Coco Smoothie....

The best dessert ever!!…Worth to try!

Pamper yourself with a fantastic smoothie rich in taste and with amazing properties for your health! 🙂

Ingredients:

 

  • 1  Young shaved coconut 
  • 1 Ripe avocado

Method:

This is the most delicious and easy recipe ever of all my website!! I simply love it!! I am totally addicted! Good! Then we start 🙂

On a wood surface or on a wall, chop off the upper side of your  young coconut.

Be careful not to bring out all the precious and delicious water ;-), pour in a blender the beautiful water and with an ax or a huge kitchen knife split into two parts the coconut. Mind your fingers!!!

Scoop up the coconut meat and add it to the blender.

Split in half the ripe avocado (has to be light green, not rotten 😉 ) and scoop it up, add avocado in the blender and blitz gently, better if you pulse until you have an amazing, vibrant creamy smoothie!!
