Yield 2 servings

1 handful kale leaves

1 pomegranate

1 pink grapefruit

1\2 apple

2 cups fresh water

  • Place in a blender first the kale leaves then the rest of all the ingredients.
  • Blend it up until all ingredients are completely smoothies.
  • Enjoy! 🙂

TIP: For this recipe you need a basic blender, this is one of my favorit smoothie, usually I drink it early in the morning after my workout and suit me a lot because is really refreshing with a bitter vein. 🙂
