Yield: 4 servings

 100 gr Cashews nuts soaked the night before or 4 hours before making your milk

 4  dates pitted

4 cups of water

  1. Rinse the cashews and place them in the blender.
  2. Add the dates and 1 cup of water and blend it till you have a cream.
  3. Add the rest of the water and blend for a little while.
  4. Fill up a bottle glass and keep it in the fridge.
  5. Last 4-5 days in the fridge.
