♥ 100 gr Cashews nuts soaked the night before or 4 hours before making your milk
♥ 4 dates pitted
♥ 4 cups of water
- Rinse the cashews and place them in the blender.
- Add the dates and 1 cup of water and blend it till you have a cream.
- Add the rest of the water and blend for a little while.
- Fill up a bottle glass and keep it in the fridge.
- Last 4-5 days in the fridge.
