Yield: 2 servings

1\2 canary melon

2 fresh or frozen bananas

1\2 cucumber

1 peeled orange

1 handful kale

2 dates ( option)

1 tbs Maca root

1 tbs flex seeds

1\2 cup of water if you really like it thinner..

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend it up for a while.Enjoy 🙂

TIP: For this smoothie, you don’t need a very professional blender, even a cheap one could be fine, but be careful! Start adding in your blender first the melon then bananas and then the kale, this should help you to have a very quick and good smoothie 🙂
